Building powerful brands
SO Resi, our dedicated Shared Ownership brand, has been building awareness since 2017. Two years on, SO Resi Partnerships began providing full-service sales and marketing. In 2023, we launched SO Flexi into the London Living Rent and Rent to Buy market.
Launching SO Resi Plus
Our market-changing SO Resi Plus product made it simple for buyers to increase their ownership by 1% a year for 15 years. In 2021, the concept was adopted into National Government policy for Shared Ownership.
Growing home ownership
We are proud to be helping increasing numbers of people onto the property ladder every year, with over 2,500 new-build Shared Ownership homes and 1,000 resales achieved by the summer of 2023.
Sharing knowledge
‘SO In The Know’ is our new Shared Ownership podcast. Launched in 2024 it has already helped us reach hundreds of potential shared customers by answering important questions clearly and honestly, and exploding some myths about Shared Ownership.
Supporting young people
Our pioneering Ownership and housing education work in schools is raising awareness fo this important topic among young people - and made us inaugural winners of the ‘Jonnie Irwin Legacy’ award.
