Mark brings over 20 years’ experience to his role as Head Of SO Resi Partnerships.

At SO Resi, she advanced to Agency Sales Manager, leading an award-winning Aftersales team. As Head of Aftersales, Sarah now oversees Resales, Staircasing, and Equity Loans.

Esaiyas works closely with clients to ensure marketing spend is put to the best possible use and in areas that it can deliver the greatest impact for lead generation and development visibility.
Pav has worked with So Resi for 18 years leading on Newbuild Sales, Aftersales and the implementation of our operational customer journey. In a 12 year period, Pav has successfully delivered over 150 mixed tenure newbuild developments from acquisition to scheme completion ensuring the highest quality of service and product is provided to our customers.

She has provided insights on effective Shared Ownership sales at conferences and panels like the London Home Show.
Gayle, a senior leader with 24 years of UK experience as a quantity surveyor and employer's agent, excels in commercial, leisure, retail, and housing projects. She assesses risks and opportunities to meet client objectives. Known for delivering complex projects, Gayle builds strong teams and client relationships.
Michelle, Head of New Homes Services at Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing, has excelled in reducing operating costs, managing large remediation projects, and improving customer satisfaction. She implemented a new defects management system, enhanced the new build customer journey, and supported SO Resi Partnerships. Michelle also mentors others and serves on the board of Chislehurst and Sidcup Housing Association.
Dan’s 15-year background in managing shared ownership sales and build-to-rent, as well as operating property service agency agreements for institutional property investors, has given him the expertise to analyse trends and use data effectively. He is passionate about finding opportunities in developments and helping clients avoid pitfalls.
