Sandhiya was great from start to finish - the only reason for the 4 start review is simply due to the slowness in the response time to resolve communal issues. Internal issues have been dealt with in a professional and speedy manner.

Zoe has been absolutely fantastic with us through the entire process so far. She’s been incredibly patient whilst documents were being collated. Zoe is also really knowledgeable around the whole shared ownership journey, and has helped guide us through a process which looked so daunting to start with.
